Return Eligibility
 

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
 

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition

• Be returned in the original packaging when possible

• Include proof of purchase or order number
   

Non Returnable Items
 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Gift certificates

• Final sale or clearance items

• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
   

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.
 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a damaged item or an error on our part.
 

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
 

Original shipping charges are non refundable.
 

Handcrafted Products

Because many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, bead placement, texture, and design details may occur. These unique characteristics are part of the artisan process and are not considered defects.
